Current Openings:

Litigation Paralegal / Experienced Legal Assistant

We are seeking a litigation paralegal or experienced legal assistant with meaningful experience supporting active civil litigation. This is not an entry-level position.

The role primarily supports a partner and involves day-to-day litigation coordination from pleadings through resolution. Our litigation practice focuses on HOA and construction-related disputes, and the position is intended for someone who understands how litigation actually moves.

This is a small, busy firm with a straightforward approach to case management. The role is hands-on and requires comfort managing litigation files, deadlines, and coordination with minimal supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation files and calendars from inception through resolution

  • Track deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements

  • Draft and coordinate pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and notices

  • File documents through the Florida e-portal and work with clerks and opposing counsel

  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Review, organize, and manage discovery materials

  • Maintain organized electronic files and trial materials

  • Provide day-to-day litigation support to attorneys

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a litigation paralegal in a civil litigation practice

  • Familiarity with litigation procedures, deadlines, and court rules

  • Experience coordinating discovery, depositions, and hearings

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple active cases at once

  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently

Systems and Tools:

  • CLIO for case and practice management

  • Westlaw for legal research

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive)

 

Compensation:

Salary depends on litigation experience and level of responsibility.

Hours are reasonable. Expectations are clear. We are direct about workload and responsibilities.

Litigation Attorney – Construction, Condominium, and HOA Disputes

We are seeking a litigation attorney to support a busy practice involving construction disputes, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, and related matters in state court, arbitration, and mediation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling active litigation files with partner oversight

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Appearing at hearings, mediations, and depositions

  • Working directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

  •  Florida Bar admission required

  •  Litigation experience required

  •  Strong writing and courtroom skills

  •  Experience with construction, condominium, or HOA litigation is a plus

Associate Attorney – Condominium, HOA, and Construction Law

We are seeking an associate attorney to support a busy and growing practice focused on condominium and homeowners’ association law, construction law, and related litigation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and motions

  • Advising condominium and HOA boards and managers

  • Assisting with litigation, arbitrations, and mediations

  • Working directly with partners and clients

Qualifications:

  •  Florida Bar admission required

  •  Strong writing and analytical skills

  •  Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly

  •  Experience with condominium, HOA, construction, or real estate law is a plus
