Christopher L. Pope is a founding partner of Pope Mazzara & Menendez, recognized as a Board Certified Specialist by The Florida Bar in Condominium and Planned Development Law, Real Estate Law, and Construction Law. With over a decade of experience, Chris has developed a deep specialization in providing legal services to condominium and homeowners’ associations, as well as navigating complex construction and real estate matters. His practice focuses on helping associations with governance, compliance, and contract negotiation, while also representing contractors, developers, and property owners in construction-related disputes and transactions.

Before co-founding Pope Mazzara & Menendez, Chris was a partner at the Pavese Law Firm, where he built a robust practice representing hundreds of associations across Florida. His previous experience as an Area Construction Manager gives him a unique, practical perspective on construction and real estate issues, allowing him to offer clients tailored and strategic legal solutions.

In addition to his legal practice, Chris serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he teaches Construction Law and Contracts. His dedication to education underscores his commitment to excellence and advancing the legal profession.
