Justin Mazzara is a founding partner of Pope Mazzara & Menendez, and is the firm’s lead litigator, with extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters related to construction law, condominium disputes, and homeowner association governance. With nearly 100 active cases at any given time, Justin is a highly effective and efficient attorney, known for his sharp litigation skills and practical approach to resolving disputes. He is dedicated to representing clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to trial, ensuring that their interests are fiercely advocated for in court.

Justin Mazzara has deep roots in the Fort Myers community, having been raised in the area and graduating from Bishop Verot High School. He remains actively involved in local initiatives, serving on the Board of Directors for the City of Palms Basketball Tournament, a prestigious event that brings together top high school basketball talent from across the nation. Through his involvement, Justin continues to give back to the community that helped shape him, coaching and supporting youth athletics and fostering a sense of community pride.
